PLUS: On-demand Pest Control Service

Powered by Pest Share, each year you may submit up to four pest control service requests for active/visible pests. Each service request covers a maximum of three pest types and includes a 30-day warranty. Covered pests include household ants (inside only), fleas, ticks, bed bugs, mice (baiting and trapping), weevils, cockroaches, mites, and spiders. You'll receive updates via phone or email from Pest Share, and their Service Provider with pre-treatment instructions and to schedule your appointment. A Pest Share Network Service Provider will visit your home to take care of the pests. You also receive discounted rates on pest control services for any pets not covered by the service plan.


PLUS: No Fee eCheck payments

We will cover the fee charged by the payment service provider so you no longer pay for eCheck/EFT processing. No further action is required. Feel free to set up autopay in your tenant portal at any time.

Filter Delivery Service

Air Filters Shipped Directly to your Front Door! Changing filters, a known tenant responsibility, is now as easy as opening the front door. For our properties with HVAC, we’ve made every effort to ensure your obligation to change the filter(s) is as easy as possible by having them delivered to your door approximately every 90 days, or as required by the property’s HVAC system. This helps you save up to 15% on monthly heating & cooling bills up to $250/year, improves indoor air quality, and reduces the hassles and liability of repairs.

Preventative Maintenance
Every year a member of our team will come to your home and perform a survey inspection of the property including checking smoke and CO detectors, HVAC unit and filters. Our process helps to reduce future maintenance concerns during your tenancy and can help lower your utility costs.
